OLE! OLE! OLE! OLE!!!!!!! WHAT A DAY!!!!…. so I drove back from Niagara (Sat residency) & got stuck in traffic so got back to my condo at 2:10pm… Game is at 2:30. Original plan was to meet my friend @EliseRGood in Liberty Village where all the Dutch fans were, but heard it was a crazy lineup to get in, so I decided to go down the street to the new spot REAL SPORTS BAR where my other friends were at.
LINEUP as well & only reservations/booths were allowed in cuz they were at capacity (1000ppl). Tried saying a name & wouldn’t work, then tried greasin the hostess $100 & she said no (smh). Luckily I was loud enough for the bouncer to hear me, & he went for a smoke break & told me he could get us in for the brownie ($100 bill in Canada is brown). Missed the first 10 minutes already cuz of trying to get in & since I won $150 at the Casino last night, y not.

Let me tell you, this place had so many TV’s I couldn’t believe it (199 TV’s to be exact). Even in the washroom stalls. But the best was the MAIN screen. It is probably the biggest TV I’ve seen in a building that wasn’t a bunch of screens put together. I’m so watchin every sporting event in this place. They even had a DJ spinnin’ during halftime.
SO then me & my homie Mike, headed to College Street where it was NUTSO!!!! People were on streetcars, waving flags, drumming, dancing, singing, ENJOYING LIFE!!!! It was awesome to see so many people having fun, even non-spanish people were parading. Continued down to Dundas Square where more Celebration was happening. I LOVE T.O. & the diversity & acceptance of culture.
